Dall v. Dall: No 50/50 Presumption in a Kentucky Divorce
The Supreme Court of Kentucky reversed an equal division of a $19 million marital estate and a $15,000 per month maintenance award in Dall v. Dall, holding that KRS 403.190 contains no presumption of a 50/50 split.
